Description
Roc Search's Chippenham based client has a requirement for a Functional Electronics Test Technician (x2) on an ongoing contract.
The successful candidate will be an experienced tester who can display a reasonable degree of technical ability.
The client is offering an excellent hourly rate based on the skills and knowledge you will bring to the business
The Functional Electronic Test Technician will be required to fault find to component level, read circuit diagrams and interpret engineering instructions.
The ideal Functional Electronic Test Technician will benefit from having the following previous experience/knowledge:
. Fault-finding to component level on circuit boards/PCBs.
. Understanding circuit diagrams.
. Bench testing.
. Electronic/Electrical testing.
. Operation of test rigs.
. Use of oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators and power supplies.
. Use of automatic/semi-automatic test equipment.
. Electronics qualification - HND/HNC/IPC.
. Working within an electronics capacity/environment.
