ITIL Continuous Service Improvement Manager, Alicante Spain

We require an English-speaking ITIL Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Manager with proven track record working in IT Service Management, to setup a CSI Programme at our client in Alicante. This is a great location in sunny Spain in an International English-language environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the development, deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of processes, management of policies and processes.
  • Set up measurements and KPI reporting for Continual Service Improvement (CSI) process.
  • Establishing CSI Programs supported by reporting data.
  • Develop service review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure agreed KPIs are met by engaged teams.
  • Facilitate cross functional discussions/meetings to ensure end to end compliance and execution of specific process.
  • Analyse the evolution of the service in order to propose, manage, track and control improvement and corrective actions in the service.
  • Update the procedures and policies related to the CSI process.

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of building, creating, designing processes across a complex IT infrastructure organisation; proven career track record working within IT Service Management.
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying corrective and improvement actions in an IT Service.
  • Demonstrable experience of evaluating, managing and tracking IT service improvement or corrective actions among groups or departments in an IT Service, helping them to achieve the objectives and milestones.

Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in technical career or equivalent proven experience.
  • English
  • ITIL Master preferred
  • Quality courses and certifications preferred

LANGUAGES

A high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework).
