We have an opening for a Transfer Agent / Office Clerk:

As a vital part of the Transfer Team reporting to the Team Lead, Problem Resolution, you would have the opportunity to assist the unit in maintaining the highest standard of quality service to clients and regional offices:

  • Processing transfer requests
  • Resolving reported client transfer issues
  • Answering regional inquiries
  • Completing follow up on initiated transfer requests on a timely basis and within defined service standards

The Transfer Agent is also instrumental in proactively identifying issues impacting clients' in process transfers, developing solutions to problems, and providing education to regional staff about the transfer process.

Your experience and skills:

  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (French / English)
  • Proficient with MS Office tools: Word, Excel
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Finance, Business or relevant discipline, or two years' related Back Office Client Services experience
  • Any knowledge of R-Broker, R-Funds, ATON, CDS or basic inquiry and research skills using old MD ACE or OSS systems would be definite assets
