TechNET are currently recruiting for a global leader in cutting Edge Display Technology. I am seeking an Interim Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is to develop and execute communications campaigns across multiple product categories within the Enterprise (Corporate) market both at end user and channel level.

Activities may include all forms of marketing including direct marketing, events, e-marketing, digital marketing, collateral and sales support tools. Market areas include AEC, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, High Tech, Professional Services and utilities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed and integrated Marketing and Campaign Plans for taking products to the Enterprise market sector in line with budget expectations

  • Develop a supporting channel plan which ensures that the channel are informed of all planned end user communications within a time frame which enables the channel to proactively launch/mirror campaigns into the enterprise market

  • Deliver segmented communication programmes, developing appropriate messaging and media to influence target audiences across all sub-sectors within Enterprise

  • Manage campaign budgets whilst evaluating and monitoring the impact of all short-term and long-term marketing campaigns

  • Work with Product Marketing to build go-to-market solutions for each sub sector of Enterprise for the product portfolio

  • Develop and maximise multiple agency relationships to ensure rapid deliver on brand objectives and campaign strategies

  • Line management of marketing executive

  • Working with the marketing executive to deliver the tactical elements of the strategic plan

Required Experience

  • Highly organised, good planning and prioritisation skills

  • Experience of working in a fast moving marketing team

  • Proven ability to manage multi-brand, multi-stage projects using a mix of vendor and channel resources

  • Proven experience of digital marketing

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to influence at a high level

  • Proven ability to maximise parallel campaign activities through effective adoption and management of agencies

  • CIM Professional Diploma or similar qualification
