Description
A motivated Senior Acceptance Test Analyst is required for a contract role in south Dublin, near the city centre. You will ideally be from telco business support systems/operational support systems domain.
5 - 10yrs experience (including in telecommunications) and ISEB/ISTQB qualification required.
Must have experience managing or working with an outsourced vendor.
Key Accountabilities
- Gain understanding of the project deliverables and requirements and implemented the approved test strategy
- Translate Business Requirements and Process Maps and supporting documentation into suitable
- Support the development of the BAT test plan
- Define BAT Test Cases and Test Scripts, devised from key business processes
- Define and manage test data requirement to enable execution of BAT test cases
- Support the definition and implementation of BAT entry and exit criteria with key stakeholders
- Execution and reporting of BAT test cases
- Support 3rd party external vendor test events
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years' experience in a telecoms environment
- Extensive user, business acceptance test cycle delivery
- Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills
- Proactive hard working individual with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to respond well to change and maintain flexibility while keeping focus on objectives
- Clear thinking with a can-do attitude
- Strong team player
- SmartBear QA Complete or equivalent test management tool
- ISTQB/ISEB Certification
