Retail Banking Project Manager
My Client, a Top 4 UK Bank, are looking for a Retail Banking Project Manager to work out of their Halifax offices on a long term contract basis.
The candidate must be a self starter and have the ability to hit the ground running and get up to speed quickly.
The role specific experience we're looking for is:
ideally banking, preferably recent experience within the client and with the SuccessFactors system. This role would be most suited to a Business PM with technical experience rather than an IT PM.
The successful Retail Banking Project Manager will have a strong Project Management background within Financial Services.
Key requirements include:
A proven track record of leading and delivering Change Projects within Financial Services.
Evidence of driving, delivering and measuring the impact of Sustainable Change Projects
Excellent Stakeholder Management
Previous experience with HR System change/implementation or with SuccessFactors highly desirable
