Description
My client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Infrastructure Support Team in Birmingham on an initial 6 month contract.The role involves:
- Deploying and provisioning infrastructure
- Contributing to the planning of maintenance and installation work and implementing planned updates
- Maintaining accurate operational documentation on all elements of the Infrastructure and Infrastructure system
- Responding to system and service access requests
- Responding to any faults which require an on-site presence
- Resolving incidents within SLAs
- Proactively identifying operational problems and contributing to their resolution
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
Experience Required:
- Citrix
- Citrix Xen-App v5 /6
- VMware/Hyper V
- Active Directory
- Desktop Virtualisation - Microsoft Exchange
NHS EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
