They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a small team in the R&D department.
Essential functions and duties for Senior Project Manager
- Manage a small team of Design Engineers
- Take ownership of each small to large project from beginning to end
- Responsible for Product development & Design
- Responsible for the quality of products
- Responsible to deliver projects on time, and to budget
- Responsible that the product designs meet the market needs - material choices; functionality; specification; tolerances; cost

Qualifications / Experience
- Degree qualified in Mechanical/ Design/Engineering related subject (preferably at 2.1 Hons or higher);
- Also accepted HNC/HND/
Person Specification
- Mechanical experience preferably White goods products, working with Injection Moulding, plastics, steel products etc.
- Self-Motivated
- Adaptability to work with a small team
- Take charge individual with lots of energy and clear sense of urgency.
- Critical thinker with the ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.
- Excellent communicator - verbal, written and presentation.
