Description

A Renewables Energy client is looking for an Offshore Site Assistant to assist with the WTG and Logistics works on the Hotel Vessel during WTG Mechanical Completion and Commissioning Works. This role will be officially titled as Hotel Vessel Site Assistant and will support the WTG Package Manager. This role is to start ASAP until and will be on the Offshore Hotel vessel on a 2 weeks on and off rotation from Esbjerg
Interfaces: Hotel Vessel Site Manager, Contractor Site Managers, Marine Co-ordination HH, WTG Package HH
Main Responsibilities:
To assist the Site Manager and other leading hotel vessel staff
To supervise and facilitate communication to shore
To track and file the site documentation from Employer- and Contractors
To assist in organisation of crew changes and port calls
Duties:
Work progress overview:
o Create overview based on the DPR;
o File, collate and send overview;
Create DPR:
o Double-check for plausibility (eg number of workforce/PAX);
o Receive DPR from subcontractors and integrate into DPR;
o Receive work order sheets from technicians and put data into DPR;
o Send DPR to Site Manager for double-check;
PAX-management on board:
o Management of list for on-/offsigners;
o Liaise with MCC hotel vessel for arrangement of transfers to shore;
o Cross-check vessel PAX-list;
o Liaise with vessel master for new cabins/empty cabins;
o Management of clients manning plan: list of all staff and subcontractors
Write minutes from daily co-ordination meeting and from weekly welfare meeting and distribute;
Tetra-reporting:
o Daily report of Tetra-coverage based on the radio-check cards from the technicians;
o Collate separate docs and put them into one single file;
Hazob-cards:
o Receive, scan and forward to HSSE;
o Report overall no of hazobs in DPR;
Agency item orders:
o Receive order requests from the team;
o Send collated orders to agent;
o Tracking delivery/collection, scanning, filing and transmittal of delivery notes;
o Checking and filing of certificates eg for toolbags;
Management of informative lists:
o Telephone list on hotel vessel;
o Tetra-number list;
Knowledge Skills
Technical product & quality knowledge
GWO (Global Wind Organisation) or BST (basic Safety Training) First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Working at Heights, and Sea Survival
Offshore Medical
IT tools and methods
Language skills - Good English
