A Consultant Engineer - Training Needs Analysis with TNA, Technical Authority, Manager, Military is required to work on a six month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Cumbria
This is a 6 month contract working for a UK leading defence company.
Overview of the Consultant Engineer - Training Needs Analysis contract role
Candidate must manage the Successor TNA team, Deliver Training Needs Analysis, maintain the Successor TNA Level 1 Plan and act as whole boat Technical Authority for Successor TNA, whilst supporting the endorsement of Successor TNA deliverables via the TNA Working Group
Key skills required for the Consultant Engineer - Training Needs Analysis
- Experience as a team/people manager
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis
- Self motivation, enthusiasm and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on military projects
The role is based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District.
