What will you have the opportunity to do in this role?

The Client Reporting Coordinator is responsible for efficient, accurate and timely production of all client financial mailings, specifically trade confirmations, client statements, tax receipts, dealers' reports, and fee processing.

  • Your coordination skills to manage issues with Technology and third party vendors (to schedule, initiate and monitor processing of tasks, while ensuring production efforts remain on schedule)
  • Your diligence in ensuring client reporting procedures are kept up-to-date on an ongoing basis, answering related inquiries from the sales force and escalating those issues that require further direction from management, with recommended course of action for satisfactory resolution

What experience will allow you to have the greatest impact in this role?

  • University degree or college diploma preferably in a business program
  • 2-3 years' experience in the Financial Services Industry and/or excellent knowledge of mutual funds, equities and fixed income products, retirement savings and income plans, and non-registered accounts
