Compliance MonitorA Compliance Monitor is needed to join a bespoke asset management firm in the heart of the City. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that has trebled it's portfolio in the last year alone. This firm specialise in FIC and equities in particular.
The Compliance Monitor will be carrying out a compliance monitoring review of the existing compliance and risk processes before creating and enhancing the internal processes to ensure compliance with the FCA. Another element of the Compliance Monitor's role will be training other members of staff on the relevant compliance areas.
It goes without saying that the Compliance Monitor will require:
- Experience within the advisory Compliance space (ideally from an asset management background)
- Experience of Gap analysis
- Strong FCA knowledge.
