Description
Key responsibilities:
- Compliance with AICL SOP's policies & guidelines
- Complience with Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP)
- Provide day to day support to end users
- Provide support for locally controlled onsite Servers, including building, backing up and restoring locally controlled Servers
- Provide support of printers, standalone and networked
- Provide support for all IT peripherals- telephones, scanners, modems, faxes etc
- provide support of network cabling/infrastructure, Switches, hubs, CAT cabling, voice cabling etc
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- 3rd level qualification
- Previous experience of working in cGMP environment preferable
- Hardware/software experience to include.Windows Active Directory,.MS Windows Win7.MS Office Suite.Server Management.
- Experience of LAN's WAN's, Switches, Routers, Telephony systems
