Then look no further Proteus IT recruitment is looking for a service desk specialist to join a busy team in the beautiful town of Chertsey in the United Kingdom.

As a service desk specialist you will report to the Service desk manager and your key responsibilities will be, to be the first point of contact for all incoming service desk services queries. To log support calls in Service Desk systems and attempt to resolve the issue, passing those calls which cannot be resolved to specialist teams.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Ms Office/Widows OS/IE Web Browser, and will have 3 years+ of helpdesk/customer service experience also the ability to speak another European language to a reasonable standard would be an advantage.
