An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Compliance Manager within one of the largest International Investment Banks based in London, within the Compliance team. This firm is offering a fantastic package (including strong bonus potential and pension scheme) and a clear development programme to help you progress your career within the team.With this role, you will lead and manage a team, focusing on reviewing the compliance monitoring strategy and controls of the investment bank. Therefore, previous experience of working within an investment bank is essential, as is a practical understanding of the relevant regulatory environment. You will have good technical knowledge of conduct regulation such as MIFID and CASS and preferably have experience in managing audits, although this is not essential as you will be taught the audit lifecycle.
In addition, another important factor of the role will be managing audit work to ensure that relevant risks and controls have been identified and appropriately assessed.
With this opportunity, you will managing and leading a team of compliance professionals, so the ability to communicate with people of all levels is essential.
