Order to Cash Process Lead (OTC)
Rate: £400 - £500 a day
Location: Reading
My client a leading consultancy are looking for a Order to Cash Process Lead to join one of their clients in a newly established Shared Service Centre (SSC), you will be responsible for the change initiatives set out for the client.
Key Responsibilities
As the Order to Cash Process Lead you will have direct accountability for the scope, quality and financials of a large-scale Order to Cash engagement involving process, and organisational change initiatives. The Order to Cash Process Lead may also be responsible for leading business case development and performance measurement. You will provide hands-on leadership and direction to the team as well as stakeholder management to make sure initiatives are delivered within this key business process. This is a hands-on consulting delivery role in a complex and integrated environment which is multi-functional, multi-national and crosses multiple locations. You will be an expert in OTC with the ability to deal with operations KPI's, Change Pieces, Project Deployment and Policy Changin. You will be expected to travel with this role when required to bring together the initiatives delivery.
Skills
- Expert in Order to Cash - OTC Delivery
- Experience and proven track record in owning the process for Order to Cash
- Provide expertise in the Order to Cash (OTC) work stream, to promote the future scoping and manage on-going performance of the shared service centre (SSC) activities
- Provide the vision, strategy and objectives for the O2C work stream, instilling best practice across end-to-end processes.
- Relevant O2C process lead specialist experience, with a proven track record of delivery on similar programmes
- Strong Stakeholder management skills within an international environment
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA fully qualified Accountant preferable
