Job Description: CHANGE MANAGER
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage day to day operation related to change management
2. Report performances for change management
3. Represent change management towards internal and external customer link to contract activities (customer, partners, subco )
4. Ensure training and support towards internal organisation regarding change management
5. Ensure process launch and improvement for change management
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch (ORAL & WRITTEN MANDATORY), with good knowledge of French and English
Working location/hours: Brussels/Office hours (with exceptional out of office coverage)
Skills and Experience:
Active knowledge in ITIL v3 process execution (min. 5 years of experience in Change Management function)
Experience in ITIL process improvement is welcome.
Proven experience in management of ITIL processes within large organisation
Knowledge in process design is an asset.
