Description
Job Description:Provide hands-on technical lab support in the form of:
- Installing racks, RF, and Ethernet cross connect panels and passive InterconnecT components as directed
- Running RF, Ethernet and Fiber cables to the location as directed
- Installing AC power distribution strips
- Mounting other infrastructure test equipment eg Switches, fiber to Ethernet converters
- Installing and configuring equipment being installed in the lab eg UPS
- Tracking and labeling equipment in the lab
- Providing support for troubleshooting equipment and lab infrastructure issues
- 3 Years of experience.
- Must be able to work individually, will not be working on a team.
- Must understand and be capable of interconnecting RF cabling between systems or patch panels including the
termination of said cabling using specified connectors. - Must be able to use computer systems and tools to document work in progress and task completion.
