I have an urgent requirement for an experienced Service Introduction Analyst to work with my market leading client based in Buckinghamshire to deliver the Service Management and operational requirements for IT projects into the production environment and as part of any migration activity.
The Successful Service Introduction Analyst will;
*Consult and advise on production readiness
*Ensure new or enhanced systems meet standards and follow agreed processes
*Development and administration of all Service documentation
Key Responsibilities for the role;
*Perform Service Introduction for multiple IT projects ensuring all relevant areas are engaged to provide effective introduction/transition of new or enhanced services
*Provide vital support, coordinating various teams to ensure that all the services transitioned into production can be managed, operated and supported in line with business requirements.
*Liaise with project managers, technical and business colleagues and Third Parties to ensure that concerns and issues are managed
*Ensure that the support framework operates at the highest quality, verifying that processes are adhered to and that all milestones/product deliverables are managed via the service introduction quality gates
*Ensure contractual service levels are adhered to by the service being delivered
*Liaise with Service Managers to ensure service delivered meets with agreed business requirements
*Produce appropriate service documentation
*Support implementation of service
*Conduct regular Service Reviews
*Facilitate and participate in meetings and workshops
