Overall Purpose of the role
This is a temporary support role for the introduction of the client SAP Monaco into the Bosnia manufacturing facility.
Provides technical & applications support for the operation of SAP Monaco in the Operations/Manufacturing/Warehouse environment.
Uses expertise in SAP knowledge - gained from prior experience and from instruction by the SAP implementation team - to resolve operational process questions from the local team. All complex questions should be referred to SAP Functional team or client Process owners.
Assist client process experts to implement process/SAP training to local team during the Go Live week.
Act as first point of contact for how do I type questions related to the use of SAP transactions/reporting to support business processes, during Post Go Live support. The role will not develop new processes, but apply defined processes from the SAP implementation team.
Assist with the localisation of any SAP training related documents
Principal Accountabilities
- Support local Bosnian employees in the implementation of SAP Monaco on site.
- Required during 3 phases of project:-
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing, based in UK, 2 weeks) to learn detailed transactions of Monaco
- Go Live (based in Cazin, 2 weeks) to help client process experts with training the local team in the necessary business processes
- Post Go Live support (based in Cazin, 6 to 8 weeks) to provide how do I support to the local team.
- Assist in on-site training to local employees
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Competencies/Background
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven experience of implementing SAP projects, preferably with experience of working in an Operations/Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of generic manufacturing processes, including Material Management, Warehousing, Production Management, Quality Controls.
- Knowledge of a regulated or quality controlled environment
- Clear communication skills to work across different client internal functions and English/Bosnian languages
