Quality EngineerA Global Semiconductor organisation based in The Netherlands currently requires a Quality Engineer to join their team. The successful Quality Engineer will be responsible for handling all quality aspects of an upcoming technology transfer. Your main tasks will involve implementing intrinsic reliability in new products, packages and process development.
The Role:
- Work alongside the development teams within the product line
- You will be responsible for implementing reliability in to new products, packages and processes developments
- Execute risk analysis on the development of complex products, processes and package concepts
- Analyse, document and advise on reliability failures through testing in cooperation with failure & analysis teams
- Develop the associated project management plan, monitor, control and report on project activities and quality
- Lead cross-department 8D/CAT and improvement teams in the area of reliability
Experience Required:
- Higher professional education, Bachelors in Physics, Electronics or Chemistry
- Knowledge on IC reliability and IC technology
- Expert knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 6-Sigma, DoE, 8D etc)
- Good organisational and project leader skills with the ability to work indepentantly
- Team worker with good communication skills in English
- Flexible in working off-office hours to assure realising commitments.
