Your tasks:
- IT incidents and problem management
- Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Troubleshooting
- Laptops ( Lenovo) installation and configuration
- Preparation and coordination of relevant server updates and documentation
- Administration of Windows 2008 and 2012 servers
- Backup and restore of data via NetBackup
- 1st and 2nd user support of Windows and Office 2013 applications
- New user training introduction
Your qualifications
- Experience in a similar position in an international environment
- Microsoft Hyper-V basic knowledge
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- SIZ Supporter and/or MCSE/MCSA certification is of a great advantage
- Good knowledge of MS exchange server
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
