Role: Navision Support Analyst
Location: Oxford
Duration: 6+ Month Initially with possible extension
Roles & Responsibilities:
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience with large scale data environments.
- Knowledge of Navision is essential.
- Ability to create, update training materials and deliver training.
- Significant knowledge of IT based system administration duties.
- Attention to detail, particularly with large datasets.
- Proven initiative to improve current business processes.
- Experience managing team members.
- Proven decision-making skills in complex situations with many different stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
- Understanding and experience of supply chain and retail processes - procurement, warehousing, fulfilment.
- Ability to influence and successfully deliver change in user behaviour.
- Ability to negotiate changes to commitments/requirements.
- Previous involvement in system implementations would be beneficial.
- Experience of providing UAT support.
