Manufacturing Engineer - Process - Operational Cell - BoM
One of our world renowned engineering clients who are the world leader in their industry, based in Clevedon, is looking to recruit someone on a 6 month temporary basis, who can fill the role of Manufacturing Engineer. They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to work in the Operational cell as part of the ME team but reporting on a daily basis to the cell leader.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Recognised as the manufacturing expert for both cell support and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Interface with NPI, ETO, TSG, Integrated Systems, Control systems, Product Management and Operations groups effectively.
- Support Production Cells on Daily Production Issues to include containment & Continuous Improvement activities.
Ideally, all candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing role, preferably related to Industrial Systems. Every candidate should have a BEng in Manufacturing Engineering or HNC in Electrical or Electro/Mechanical Engineering. Have working knowledge of at least ten years experience in a low volume, high variety electro-mechanical Manufacturing Operational role.
