This role sits within the Wealth Management business. The selected candidate will be required to provide best in class customer service to relevant customer groups in the provision of Business Operations for high net worth retail clients in line with Group and Regulatory rules and regulations
Primary Responsibilities
Management fees - fee calculation, review, posting processing. Ad-hoc fee postings
Client reporting - produce investment reports/tax packages & adhoc client report requests
Secondary/Cover Responsibilities
Adhoc client requested payment requests - liaison with relationship managers, third parties and clients in order to facilitate the client's adhoc payments.
Coordination of any static data changes to existing client accounts
Website - set up of access rights & password resets
ISA administration - new business, closing/transfers out, static data updates
Stock transfers in/out - liaison with relationship managers, third parties and clients in order to facilitate stock movements
On-boarding of new clients - liaison with relationship managers, third parties and clients in order to facilitate the opening of client portfolios
Skills & experience required
Good Communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic IT literacy ie Window, Word, Excel, Outlook etc
