Requirements
- Develop and design pre sales activities for the sale of storage and backup solutions
- Lead all aspects of the sales/delivery product life cycle, including solution development, bid management, contract negotiation, SOW creation, and SLA/KPI delivery
- Deliver solutions to existing data center customers
- Participate in all phases of storage engineering, including design, analysis, highly technical modeling, and implementation
- Perform feasibility reviews or engineered solutions
- Integrate and educate storage operations teams of new solutions
- Influence new and evolving designs and architectures
- Analyze, test, and design storage solutions
- Manage availability, latency, and performance of storage services into overall storage designs
- Oversees and implements storage system upgrades and optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in large storage projects
- Proven experience in large, complex technical projects
- Expert in SAN, NAS
- Strong knowledge in enterprise virtualization solutions (i.e. ESXi, Hyper-V)
- Deep understanding of file systems (NFS/CIFS, Linux/Unix)
- Strong experience in customer support
