Your tasks:
- Develop and implement regional or global category sourcing strategies in support of assigned division working with cross functional teams
- Improve efficiency of purchasing spend by reducing the total cost of ownership/continuous improvement associated with a portfolio of spend categories while maintaining or improving service for the specified Division
- Lead divisional sourcing teams to achieve total cost of ownership improvements
- Guide tactical support in development & implementation of strategic sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with the lime, cement, gypsum, mining, minerals or related industries
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in purchasing function with proven track record
- Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to get buy-in and commitment from internal/external stakeholders
