My client, based in South West London, are a rapidly expanding company who specialise in manufacturing bespoke electro-mechanical products. They are looking for an integral candidate who can really drive the Quality department and lead it forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who are growing their UK manufacturing presence by increasing their quality department. This means you will be a pivotal figure for the companies future growth plans.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong manufacturing experience is a must - experience within Electro-Mechanical is also required
• Root Cause Analysis
• Supply chain auditing
• Must have a strong production knowledge
• 2-4 years experience

Desired Skills:

• Experience in working under high pressure environments
• Being able to work a cross-functional role
• Train and mentor junior engineers
