Trainee Recruitment Consultant - IT/Engineering- Bristol
Basic £18 k, OTE £35k plus- excellent commission structure, 23 days holiday,

Computer Futures is a specialist IT/Engineering recruitment agency. Their experienced recruitment consultants offer a proactive and solution driven response to clients and candidates seeking recruitment assistance.
The Role:
This role will see you working on a sales desk recruiting for some of the UK's best known IT/Engineering companies. An in depth training course will provide you with the market knowledge you need to gain credibility with your clients and allow you to be recognised as an industry professional. After being assigned an initial database of clients, you will be expected to develop commercial relationships with them over the phone initially and face to face over time. With a series of targets to achieve, you will be required to generate significant amounts of revenue on a monthly basis, which if achieved, will see you earn generous commission.
