Description
Hours: 37.5 hour week - standard working hours
Rate: 20 Eur/hour
Contract: Umbrella contract
Summary:
Required to work at our client site as part of a MAC Refresh project.
Technical and skill requirements:
- Imaging of MAC Desktops and Laptops
- MAC OS-X
- Anti Virus software support and awareness
- TCP/IP awareness and understanding
Essential experience/qualifications:
- Previous PC/MAC Refresh experience
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work well on their own
- Spoken and written English
Desired:
- ITIL awareness
- Linux
- Microsoft Windows 7/8
- MCP's (MCSE/MCSA)
- Ability to work in EU (Ireland)
Any experience in the following roles is also advantageous:
Desk Side Support, Roll out Engineer, 2nd Level support, Refresh Engineer
Candidates must be eligible to work in the specified location.
