Description
Finance Analyst required to join our financial services client in Edinburgh for an initial 6 month contract.
The selected contractor will support the Finance Manager, preparing Proposition financial reporting on a monthly basis. This role will be responsible for preparing month-end journals, tracking invoices, supporting PMs with costs/forecasts, collating reports from 4-5 systems to show a complete view of actual costs and full year forecasts, supporting preparation of Finance Business Case and attending meetings with Finance.
To be considered for this role, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
*Preparing financial reports
*Tracking Invoices
*Strong stakeholder management
*Strong analyst/MI/reporting background,
*Strong problem solving abilities
*Well organised and ability to follow governance model
*Well versed in MS Office, including Excel.
