SuccessFactors Consultant needed - 4 months initially - India based:
My client based in India is currently looking for a SAP HR SucessFactors consultant to work with them for 4 months initialyl start ASAP with the following criteria:
Skill Set
1. Certified in SuccessFactors Succession Planning
2. Good understanding of business rules and workflow logic of the SuccessFactors suite of products
3. Should have done at least one end to end implementation in SuccessFactors Succession planning
4. Hands on experience in Position Management (hierarchy) using the MDF Framework
5. Experience in interfaces/integration of Successfactors with SAP
6. Good Knowledge in Data Migration in SuccessFactors from Legacy System/On premise Systems
7. High Level understanding of SAP HCM Organization Management will be an added advantage
8. Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of workbooks, Testing and user training.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
