A Top Tier Bank is looking for an experienced Training Specialist to support the Work Stream Lead in the development and delivery of IAR Training.
Key Skills:
- Extensive Banking experience - in a Central/Group function
- Highly experienced working in a Training Function and Developing Staff
- Excellent Communications experience
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Preferred:
- IAR experience (Individual Accountabilities Regimes)
