The job:Looking for a summer job? this could be for you.
You will be calling customers and offering services on behalf of one of our blue chip clients. .
To join this team, you'll need real strength of character and plenty of experience of dealing with people. Our sales teams are very energetic and we need positive people with the drive to achieve targets. As well as achieving sales targets it's important to ensure the customer has an excellent experience with you on the telephone. Bring us those qualities and with support from our trainers and team leaders, we'll help you become an expert in this field. Full training is provided so you'll know exactly what you're talking about with customers and there's ongoing coaching and support from our team of experts.
You'll definitely:
Be a real people person who's brilliant and engaging on the phone
Have a talent for making customers feel special
Have a genuine interest in communication technology
Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative
You might even:
Know a thing or two about the telecoms sector
Have some telesales experience
Know your way around a PC
