Project Details: My NHS client based in South Yorkshire are looking for an Accredited Clinical Coder to support them for 6-7 months.
You will be required to work within a team of efficient clinical coders to screen medical records, discharge summaries and other data sources to extract information relevant to patient's care.
Then through effective data extraction and analysis of the information, you will be asked to interpret and transport the sequencing of clinical data adhering to national rules and conventions.
Then it is essential that all data is accurately entered into the Patient Administration System within defined timelines.
