Harvey Nash's Edinburgh based client have identified the requirement for a Spatial Data Specialist to join their Edinburgh based team on a 3 month contract. Joining an existing team you will be providing support to the wider program.
* Solid knowledge and experience of spatial data concepts and tools
* Hands-on experience of manipulating and managing geospatial data
* Knowledge and experience of metadata concepts and use
* Responsibility for data integrity and quality
* Excellent awareness of the architecture of software applications and services
* Hands-on experience of programmatic database access and manipulation
* Experience of recording the results of data-intensive computer operations
