SAP BO Support Consultant
My client based in Luxembourg is looking for an SAP BO Consultant to join their team for a 6 month contract.
Activities of the Business Objects On-Site Support look as follows:
The on-site support will work primarily on the following tasks:
Technical support of the SAP Business Objects (BO.) product range
Improvement of the quality of support services
Improvement of the information flow with regards to support issues
Information on the status of outstanding problems
Integration and collaboration with the Central Help-Desk (Cl-ID)
Rapid diagnosis of the problems (possibly on-site)
Notification of EC specific problems
Assistance in specifically difficult tasks (setup, report and universe design)
