Description
Within this function, as part of a team, be responsible for soft Switches, TDM, Switches, VoIP-platforms and VoIP-gateways and inter connections.
Other expected duties;
The daily control of the different telephone platforms.
Analyze platform and client defects, and solve these.
Effect provisioning activities out of the network and client connections.
Effect the correct routing of the telephone traffic.
Support the Voice Engineering dept., with projects, expansions and upgrades.
The dept.:
3e line and Platform support has a platform focus, whereby they arrange for a continuous quality and process optimization. An important daily duty is the solving of incidents. Also, the responsibility for the platform maintenance and provisioning of the B2B service.
Concurrently, the dept. holds extensive contact with the Engineering dept., and external suppliers, where necessary, for the solving of complex incidents.
The dept. 3e line & Platform support is responsible for the continuous availability of the telephone service for Clients, Business and Wholesale users, and other cable companies.
Your Profile;
A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar function.
Experience with telephone technologies, Genband DMS100 and CS2K configurations and Datafill, universal translations and call routing.
Experience with IP, Cisco Routers, Switches and gateways.
Knowledge of ISDN, C7 (including INAP), VoIP/SIP.
Be independent, flexible, client focused, with an analytical thinking capacity.
When necessary, be able to work out of office hours, and participate in a regulated on-call cycle.
Any Client submission must be accompanied by a (digital) Passport copy.
