Project Manager Senior - SmartCard Access SecurityProject Manager Senior - SmartCard Access Security. On behalf of our client, a major bank, we are looking for a senior project manager to help with the integration of a new Access Management System within the bank.
Your tasks:
- Organizing and leading the project and the team (i.e. planning and managing allocated resources, shaping priorities, coordinating interactions with customers and users and keeping the project team focused)
- Running the pilot of the new system, gathering feedback from the users and managing the issues and the impact they have on the project
- Actively participate in project's steering committees
- Executing, monitoring and controlling the project, assigning tasks and requesting resources for the project team
- Maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders (CIO function, Business, BSM, Interface partners, etc.)
- Coordinating with the Business Project Lead concerning requirements, project plan and reporting
Your experience/skills:
- Minimum 8 years experience in managing complex projects within large organizations
- Solid skills in risk analysis, dependencies, and decision analysis
- Resource planning, resource management, and procurement
- Experience in leading pilot plans is a must
- Leadership and team building capabilities
- PMI, PMP, Prince is an advantage
- Problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under stress
- Experience with Access Card integration, RSA SecureID or similar will be highly appreciated
