Description
For one of our international clients active in the chemical industry I am currently recruiting for a French speaking customer support representative. In this role you will be responsible for the order to cash procedure, communication with logistics providers, order management and general customer service activities. The suitable candidate is a (near) native French speaker with affinity with above mentioned activities. Knowledge of SAP and Spanish would be an advantage as well. In return you have the opportunity to work in an interesting multinational with excellent benefits. Due to the relocation of activities from the Amersfoort region to the Arnhem region later this year, the preference would be for someone who would live in the Arnhem region but would be ok to commute to Amersfoort for the first months.
Requirements:
- (Near) Native French
- Affinity with customer support
- SAP and Spanish would be advantageous
- Communicative, Team player, Stable character
