Marketing Manager: B2B/Bitumen/Construction: Global Oil & Gas Co.
World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to support the European Marketing Manager on Construction and Bitumen based marketing campaigns. There will be the opportunity to both optimise and grow the business.
Role Responsibilities:
Contribute to collecting and analysing marketing information
Focus on the right markets and customers
Having the right Customer Value Propositions in place
Execute Premium Product growth campaigns
About you:
Proven experience in B2B marketing is a necessity
Ideally from a Construction background
Commercial Mindset
Strong Delivery focus
Strong ability to bring structure to data and information
Strong ability to analyse and solve problems
High levels of creativity and innovation
Strong ability to influence, coach and motivate in project teams to deliver results
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse teams and backgrounds
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
