Description

Summary:
  • Responsible for performing various tasks associated with the on/off-boarding and continued support of the contingent labor workforce.
  • Primary focus on the staff augmentation request fulfillment cycle and resource on/off-boarding.
  • May be asked to train suppliers/employees on Beeline usage or troubleshoot secondary issues such as candidate inquiries, interview rescheduling, invoicing issues, etc.
  • This person will ensure that these tasks are processed timely, accurately and efficiently by partnering with various departments and suppliers.
These tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Understanding and adhering to the company policies and procedures and the capabilities and functionality of the vendor management tool (Beeline)
  • Completing on/off-boarding tasks for external workforce manually and within the Beeline tool, doing so within or exceeding SLA
  • Supporting the Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) team members by reviewing and processing requests for external worker from our internal customers
  • Partnering with internal departments including, but not limited to, Security and IT to coordinate the necessary actions associated with new, extension or termination of building and network access for external workers
  • Manage multiple requests within Beeline and work with engagement managers
SKILLS:

Experience:
  • Customer interface and exceptional customer service are key components of this role, as is the ability to manage high volumes of open requests (30-40+) at any given time to help move along in the selection process.
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in recruiting or contingent labor programs (MSP-VMO)
  • Experience with VMS software (Beeline) preferred
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft desktop tools
  • Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to manage department information with confidentiality and professionalism and work with sensitivity to deadlines
  • Experience in a large corporate environment helpful
  • The ability to multitask and determine when escalation of issues is necessary is critical.
  • Looking for someone with experience in staff augmentation, recruitment and engagement
