Description
A leading pharmaceutical organization in Switzerland is seeking a Project Manager in its service area "TSA Operations" for defining and establishing Security Mechanisms and Processees.The project will be taking place ASAP until November 2015.
Within the role you will be required to:
- Manage escalations aligned with CISO.
- Coordinate with Program work streams, Functions and Applications owners to ensure all security restrictions of all affected IT systems are protected for the duration of the TSAs.
- Track progress and deliver weekly and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate inputs for TSA operations committee.
- Coordinate inputs for IT SteerCo.
The requirements for this profile are:
- Good knowledge of the Novartis IT organization and IT systems.
- Good project management skills.
- Experience with IT infrastructure disciplines (WAN, Data Centers, IT Security & Applications).
- Track record of dealing with multiple hands-on tasks.
- Knowledge of IT Project methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with diversified and complex projects, large scale mergers / acquisitions preferred.
- Excellent oral and written Communications.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize, predict and manage project risk.
- Fluent in English, German a plus.
