Electronic Engineer
CADSTAR, ORCAD, HNC, Engineering, Payments, NFC, Contactless
Role:
The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Design activities of the engineering teams department. You will be working with the latest innovative technologies on large scale projects. You will be supporting the design work but we are not looking for an electronic design engineer.
Those who have a strong working background of engineering within the payments and technology field will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating causes and possible solutions to product failures
- Monitoring and investigating device/module reliability and working on solutions to overcome issues
- Producing reports as required
- Evaluating, updating and developing support documentation
- Monitoring and supporting new design through warranty periods
- Ensuring the smooth progression of design through Test, Production, Installation and Field Support
Qualifications:
- You must possess an HNC or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related experience
- An exceptional strong background in an Electronic Engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of a full engineering project life cycle
- Experience of CADSTAR or ORCAD
