Are you an NHS Professional looking for your next interim role?The successful post-holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and implementing the Patient Experience Strategy and related policies. Reporting to the Head of Governance, the post-holder will provide support to assure the Board in all aspects of Patient Experience.
The post-holder, will develop and sustain a team of staff who provide advice, support and information to the Board, Matrons and Clinical Leads on all matters relating to patient experience and the quality agenda.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success and achievement with the skills and attributes needed to successfully lead staff through a process of change. A thorough understanding of clinical governance, patient experience and the national quality agenda is essential, as is the ability to gather, manipulate and analyse complex data.
