SuccessFactors HR HCM SAP Amsterdam Project Leader Co-ordinator
3-8 years leadership experience. Ideally have experience implementing SuccessFactors or HCM software in recent positions.
Project scope:
Replace existing systems & processes in the talent domains with SuccessFactors technology and best practice process (online and offline processes) according to established planning, budget and tolerances. Adherence to new legislation (WBFO) in the reward domain, resolve audit and CRD IV findings in the performance and reward domains according to established planning, budget and tolerances. Integration between new talent suite and existing IT-HR landscape ie Raet and ADP according to established planning, budget and tolerances.
Workstream scope: Define and deploy the organisation around the talent domains ie operating model according to established planning, budget and tolerance.
Deliverables for organisation workstream:
1) Definition of operating model interim and end state (incl. planning and directing the deliverables of others which feed into the design of the operating model eg definition of roles and responsibilities, tiered approach to services, definition of governance, definition of procedures, definition of SLAs etc.)
2) Deployment of operating model interim and end state (incl. planning and directing the deliverables of others in order to realise this eg rollout SLAs, rollout procedures etc.)
Said person will work closely with the business advisor who is crafting the overall HR operating model and the handshakes between the various users (business, HR and IT, NL and INT) and vendors (Raet, ADP and now SuccessFactors).
