Description
One of my current NHS clients has an urgent needed for an Interim Coding Manager/Engagement Manager.90% of the day to day running of the coding department will be done by the x3 Team Leaders on sit and with the support of the x2 Auditors and x3 support staff.
We are looking for an Coding Manager to come in and engage with Clinical Staff, Liaise and review case notes with the Clinicians and also represent the coding department in all trust meetings.
Experience required:
- 5+ Year Clinical Coding experience in the NHS
- ACC
- Experience and ability to engage with clinical staff face to face
- Experience with helping with trainee or junior staff
They are offering an initial 3-6 month contract and can be flexible on the working hours if needed and as it stand the rate is open to negotiation. The candidate would ideally be able to start in the next 4 week however the sooner you can start the better.
