Your tasks:
- Problem Statement Workshops (Facilitate proposed Problem Statement, proposed Team Members, and Scoping Tree)
- Training, support, and project initiation
- Facilitate Understanding of Problem Statement, Expectations, Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Schedule including team weekly meeting schedule (Ongoing Coaching support of Project Teams)
- Manage Project Teams through CI Methodologies (Support Project Team Lead with report-outs to the Steering Team
- Systematic and Indicators of success
- Self-Verification and Audit Protocols
- Manage Project Teams through CI Methodology
Your qualifications
- Previous experience as Site Leader or significant asset or major functional leader in hazardous industry (preferably oil and gas or petrochemicals)
- Experience within several disciplines eg. Operations, Maintenance, HSSE, Engineering
- strong leadership experience
- Evidence of strong coaching skills
- Experience in change management and involvement in a successful transformation of an operational and/or business environment
- Awareness of QS9001 (+ other industry best practice accreditation) accredited environments
- Good understanding of process safety
- Experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Six sigma accredited would be a plus
- Demonstrable all round communication skills
- Fluency in English and German language
