Safeguarding Specialist - Adults and ChildrenRate: £380 - £400 per day

Project Details: My NHS client based in the Yorkshire region and will be looking for Interim Safeguarding Specialist to work on an initial 3 month contract.
As the Safeguarding Specialist you will be accountable to the Director of Nursing and also the Director of Governance and Patient Safety. The main purpose of this role will be to work on behalf on them and be a main source of advice around all issues around Safeguarding both Adults and Children.
The Safeguarding Specialist will have a an in depth knowledge of all national legislation and policies that come down from NHS England and will have advised Trusts/CCG's around policy implementation and compliance with these policies.
You will also be expected to arrange and attend a number of meetings with local Providers and also Commissioners and represent the Trust from a Safeguarding aspect and be involved in any Serious Case Reviews / IMR's that need to be completed.
This is a great role for somebody with a lot of experience around Safeguarding to demonstrate their knowledge and make a difference to both Vulnerable Adults and Children within the Community.
