Key skills - Cisco/NICE/Call Manager/Voice/VoIP
Amoria Bond is urgently looking for an experienced (Dutch speaking) Voice engineer for a long term contract at our client.
The successful Voice Engineer would have to have a minimum of two years experience in the field of Cisco Voice and troubleshooting in a large enterprise environment. Also the candidate must be experienced in Cisco ASR, Call Manager and most important NICE. Also the successful candidate needs to have experience in debugging large Cisco Voice Network environments.
The Voice Engineer will manage, maintain and troubleshoot the NICE environment. The most important day tasks will be troubleshooting the environment.
